DELIVERY

Canter+Veld operates as an online retailer and does not have a physical storefront. All orders are delivered directly to the address provided by the purchaser. If the purchaser is unavailable at the time of delivery, the parcel may be left with someone at the property who will be required to sign for receipt.

Please note:

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
• International delivery rates are quoted individually based on the parcel’s destination and volumetric weight.
• Once an international parcel leaves South Africa, Canter+Veld is not responsible for its transit. Customs charges, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. We recommend consulting your local customs office for further details.

SHIPPING

We use a trusted local courier service for all South African deliveries, allowing you to track your order online. A signature is required upon delivery, so please provide a daytime address where someone will be available between 9 AM and 5 PM.

Delivery Charges & Estimated Timeframes

Important:

• International delivery charges exclude potential taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• To comply with South African export regulations, we declare the exact value of all products shipped and cannot mark items as “gifts.”

OWNERSHIP & RISK

Ownership and risk of the product transfer to the purchaser upon delivery. A signature is required upon receipt, at which point Canter+Veld is no longer responsible for any loss or damage. We recommend inspecting your parcel upon delivery to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
